For several months now I have been dropping hints in various threads at about a space craft that goes by the name "Aquila". It is a cargo transport vessel that I found while digging through thousands of reports on Lunar Mining from the Lunar and Planetary Institute.

It was really funny actually, as not one person took the bait... neither skeptic nor supporter. This is possibly because this ship is very elusive, and without the precise search questions, the best you will get on "Aquila Cargo Transport" it the "Chronicles of Riddick". I just love the way they hide things in plain sight.

This is a report of a work in progress. So far as the author is presently aware, this topic has not been previously addressed. Proprietary work by NASA or others may, however, exist that address similar topics.

This work assumes that a base near the South Pole of our Moon will be established for the purpose of exploiting the resources of the Moon; principally the water ice that many believe was discovered by the Clementine and Lunar Prospector satellites. The ice is of particular value as, with the aid of the ample solar resource available nearby, it may become an essentially limitless source of oxygen / hydrogen propellants for continued visitation to and expansion of the base and for the support of additional space exploration missions, including human exploration of Mars.

This work placed a total 129 tons initial base for both the in crater and crater rim installations, as well as a 90 tons “marshaling yard” at the Earth Moon L-1 libration point. For launch services, the results of an in house Shuttle Derived Heavy Lift Launch Vehicle study were used. It is called Aquila. This vehicle can deliver over 50 tons to low Earth orbit from the Kennedy Space Center, using a combination of Space Shuttle and Delta IV Heavy components.

A second stage of the Delta IV Heavy vehicle was used to deliver 15 tons payloads from Earth orbit to docking at L-1. By so doing, no “new start” systems are needed beyond those of the L-1 station and the LRB itself, provided the Aquila and Crew Exploration Vehicle have been previously developed. At L-1, three of these once used stages are fitted with landing gear and other elements needed to produce a highly capable Lunar Vehicle and it is refueled from propellants delivered from Earth to place the base and to provide a single visit of a six person crew to aid the robotic operations necessary to produce a fully functional base.

If the ground rule is established that “dry” cargo and propellant must be launched separately, 34 launches were required. This will permit over 50% of the launches to launch only propellants. Later missions, using propellants produced by the LRB, show a large net gain in propellants available at L-1. For example, a round trip mission with the CEV results in a net gain of over six tons of propellant at L-1; a cargo delivery nets over 69 tons.

Work continues on the “pay-off” phase; that is, further missions making use of the propellants obtained from the shallow “gravity well” of the Moon. Propellants produced on the Moon will only be used from the lunar surface or from L-1; no attempt will be made to deliver them to other locations. That will come, but is “out-of-scope” for the present work.

A Mars mission departing from L-1 with mass of 686 tons can be placed on the trans Mars
trajectory expending lunar origin propellants and just one of the Lunar Vehicles, requiring an additional 13 Aquila launches. This will permit dual Mars spacecraft to be used for each mission with a 28% mass margin over a single, similar mass vehicle departing from low Earth orbit.


This short extract has so much data in in. Lets try to follow the trail...

First and most obvious question... Who is Starcraft Boosters?

Third... Who makes the Delta IV's?
Fourth... Where are the Launched from?

Without even touching on the Moon Base and Mars cargo runs mentioned above (We will get back to that). these questions led to many interesting connections. In the menu below we have listed all the locations that this has sent us to... This list is changing as we find new evidence so check it often...

We have used these files as a "Test" of just how much people pay attention... and just how serious they are about finding the truth. Very few take the time to read them... and of those only a few spot the significance and only TWO bothered to look up Starcraft Boosters

Below is the Form Letter reply I give to those who took the time...


Yes the Aquila is already operational. It is a robot controlled cargo transport. I have it from a very reliable source that an Aquila was launched from Kwajalien in the Marshall Islands heading for the Moon TWO MONTHS before Apollo 11 'landed'

These doucuments (over 8000 by now) are available to the public at LPI if one just wants to look... I ordered a CD that they sent for just shipping charges. The two you read are 6013 and 6004 so you can see the amount. The problem is people are basically NOT INTERESTED... they claim to be but don't really care I post to look for people who ARE interested and I get plenty that contact me privately. 

Okay back to the documents.. the MOST IMPORTANT thing is that they give you leads to follow. When I read that I did a search for Aquila It was hard no info and "Aquila Cargo Transport" brings up "Chronicles of Riddick" 

But one day this ex army fellow was the ONLY person to ever answer my question "Have you ever heard of the Aquila Cargo Transport?" and he said yes and gave me the Marshall Island launch and is now a major researcher into military stuff at Pegasus - See Jack Arneson UFO Encounter

in-house.... means it is already in stock.... this line led me to Delta IV Heavy Lauch vehicles from Boeing Integrated Defense Systems and SEA LAUNCH a joint Boeing/Energis(Russian) venture a mobile launch platform at sea that was designed for Deltas This can deliver 50 TONS!!!!

My Pentagon contact made a symple statement once, not giving any secrets... he said "Think Automation" The Russian ships are all robotic... the ESA just sent "Jules Verne" a fully robotic ship... this is a key point... no astronauts required to 'tell the story'

Starcraft Bosters makes the Aquila so it is logical to find out who is Starcraft Bosters right? Yet no one does... now how strange is that??? 


So who owns Starcraft Boosters? Why none other than the second man to walk on the Moon..

The second document... John called the phone number ( all these documents have those and emails so getting the truth is not hard) The first question that Dale asked was "What's your clearance level?" He was kind enough to give us lots of info... most likely because of who John Lear is but it led me to Colorado School of Mines and NORCAT who is testing lunar mining machines at Sudbury Canada which is a meteorite impact crater

The point is to REALLY get at the truth you need to know what the question is... and follow the leads.. and as you go you put map pins up and sooner or later you can see all the connections... Its all in the details and 'reading between the lines" and when you get good at it, people contact you and tell you things like this...

On the mining-thing. I can only state that in the broadest of senses mining operations have taken place on the lunar surface and are presently being conducted on Mars (and continue on the Moon).Although the use of terminology, 'mining' has been downplayed (by NASA) and there exists an 'internal memo' <in NASA that 'recommends' non-reference to the terms, 'mining, micro-mining'>

Use of terminology, e.g., 'mining', could be considered (by some countries) to constitute a violation of the International Space Treaty. Thus, NASA is real-careful about use of terminology that could be considered a breach of 'Policy and Protocol'. I can give you this stuff as it's 'public information'. You have to look between the spaces/lines for more info and draw your own conclusions.

The Key personnel of Starcraft Boosters, Inc. include:

Chairman of the Board of Directors, Dr. Buzz Aldrin, is best known for his work as a Gemini 12 and Apollo 11 astronaut. He was one of the first two people to walk the surface of the Moon. Dr. Aldrin is an honors graduate of West Point and earned his Ph.D. in aerospace engineering from MIT. His work was the basis for the rendezvous and docking techniques used by the Apollo missions. President and CEO, Lt. General Dirk Jameson (USAF retired), commanded the 14,500 men and women of the U.S. Twentieth Air Force. In this position, Lt. Gen. Jameson was responsible for all U.S. Intercontinental Ballistic Missiles, seven major subordinate units, operational training, testing, security and readiness. Lt. Gen. Jameson also served as Deputy Commander in Chief U.S. Strategic Command. In this position he was responsible for management of a headquarters staff of 4,000 men and women. Lt. Gen. Jameson also commanded the USAF Strategic Missile Center at Vandenberg AFB, California. In this position he ran the Air Force's third largest base staffed with ten thousand military, civilian and contractor employees. Vice President of Engineering and Development, Hubert P. Davis, has for decades been a leading launch vehicle designer in the U.S. During his 17 years at NASA, Mr. Davis was responsible for three successful Apollo lunar landing vehicles (Lunar Modules) and was the manager of future programs at the NASA Johnson Space Center in Houston. After retiring from NASA, Mr. Davis founded and was CEO of Eagle Engineering, a multi million dollar per year private aerospace engineering consulting firm. Mr. Davis has spent the last five years doing the engineering studies SBI has needed to convert the Star Booster concept into a solidly designed and marketable space launch vehicle system. Mr. Davis will lead the engineering team that will reduce the Star Booster technology to practice.

NASA's New Launch Systems May Include the Return of the Space Tug


As is the case in concepts being developed for crew transport - using the Crew Exploration Vehicle (CEV) (see "NASA's New CEV Launcher to Maximize Use of Space Shuttle Components") , the ideas NASA has been considering for more than a year reach back to Apollo era concepts, and use derived versions of existing space shuttle hardware - all mixed with 21st century mission requirements and technology.

Ironically, a shuttle derived cargo launcher had been seriously studied before by NASA and industry. The first serious review of an unmanned cargo launch vehicle derived from shuttle flight hardware was conducted in 1977 and 1978, before the actual manned orbiter flew. NASA conducted a series of studies of very large expendable launchers that would be employed in assembling big structures in low orbit. One reference configuration postulated a shuttle family including the manned winged orbiter and a series of large cargo vehicles that could assembly and maintain a huge solar array complex in orbit. Elements of the solar power system would be brought up on the heavy lift vehicles and assembled by space walking astronauts from the orbiter's cargo bay. Remember, this was 1977.

U.S. Needs Larger Rocket, Aldrin says

    CAPE CANAVERAL-- The nation should develop a heavy lift rocket based on space shuttle components to send astronauts back to the moon and on to Mars, the second man to walk on the moon told a presidential commission Thursday.

    During a hearing in Atlanta, held by the President's Commission on Moon, Mars and Beyond, Buzz Aldrin said a super sized rocket would reduce costs as well as the number of missions needed to return to the moon between 2015 and 2020.

    "It isn't going to happen unless we have a better way of getting into space," said Aldrin, who set foot on the moon with fellow Apollo 11 astronaut Neil Armstrong on July 20, 1969. The two became the first humans to visit another celestial body.

    A company headed by Aldrin -- Starcraft Boosters Inc. of Houston -- is designing a heavy lift rocket that would employ shuttle solid rocket boosters and external tanks to loft cargoes weighing up to 115,000 pounds.

    That's four times the amount of cargo that could be launched on existing rockets such as the Boeing Delta 4 and Lockheed Martin Atlas 5.

    The so called Aquila rocket would fly from Kennedy Space Center's two existing space shuttle pads, and Aldrin suggested a third could be built to support the moon Mars initiative.

    And with minor upgrades to the shuttle external tanks, Aldrin said the Aquila could launch a six person crew to a way station near lunar orbit, where the astronauts would board a lander to take to the surface of the moon.

    "One launch and we could have the crew there to rendezvous with the lander," he said.
